From notebook to illustrated book: paths and strategies

What is the relationship between notebook and illustrated book? In our personal notebook we take notes on reality, or, in some cases, we draw what our imagination suggests. We try different techniques and graphic styles, we gather ideas, sketches, small seeds that will perhaps bear fruit. It is a space of experimentation and freedom, and at the same time a laboratory that nourishes and strengthens our professional work. This course deals with and develops the dialogue between notebook and illustrated book, following the paths that, from an idea, lead to the creation of the illustrated book.
