A journey through the technique of watercolor, between lights and shadows evoked by legendary creatures: from dragons,the fierce guardians of hidden treasures, to the elusive unicorns; from the mythical Phoenix to the mysterious Sphinx. The course will develop various themes through iconographic research, work on the sign for the construction of a personal vision, and finally the technique of color.
Journey in the fantastic bestiaries
Participants are required to bring their own technical and artistic materials. The artistic and technical material is at the trainee’s expense.
High or medium-high quality tablet watercolors.
High quality watercolor paper, 300 gr, loose sheets or album. Marten or synthetic brushes, specific for watercolor: small, medium and large. Plexiglas or wood tablet to fix the sheet. A container for the water. Pencils and rubber. A notebook for sketchbook.
If weather permits one a lesson will be held outdoors.
