Explore the relationship between narration and images, discover the possibilities of narration.
Learn the text-image relationship and to identify a visually attractive problem in correlation to the space of the book (cover image / subsequent images that illustrate the text).
Program
Starting from the proposed texts and images, we will experiment the possibilities of narration at the crossroads of words and illustrations, always keeping in mind the message that must be transmitted and the importance assigned to it.
Through practical exercises we will measure ourselves with different approaches to the thought/study of the images, either based on the text or coming from other illustrations.
We will discuss the notions of cover images and also of the narrative succession that tells a story, possibly including a discussion of the story board.
