Oscar Sabini

Oscar Sabini, specialized in the technique of photographic and torn collage, primarily works in the children’s publishing sector as well as in art and fashion projects. His works are published in the United Kingdom by Thames & Hudson, in the United States by Princeton Architectural Press, in France by Actes Sud, and in Italy by Erickson, Galluci, and Logos. He uses collage as a formative method in his numerous workshops aimed at professionals in the arts, social education, and psycho-therapy sectors. He collaborates with some of the main educational institutions in Italy that focus on children’s expressiveness and illustration.
His works have been exhibited at the prestigious illustrators’ exhibition at the Bologna Children’s Book Fair, the Ilustrarte Biennial in Lisbon, the BIB in Bratislava, and the Štěpán Zavřel International Exhibition of Illustration for Children Foundation, during the 34th edition of Le immagini della fantasia.
He lives and works in Venice.
