From 21 February to 4 April 2026, the Galleria Civica Villa Valle in Valdagno will host the 42nd edition of the International Exhibition of Illustration for Children Le Immagini della Fantasia.
The theme of the 42nd exhibition is play. This exhibition explores play not only as a recreational activity, but also as a deep attitude toward the world. In a time that often demands efficiency and control, the exhibition asserts the value of play as a necessary experience: serious in its lightness, capable of generating meaning, relationships, and freedom. An invitation to pause, observe, participate, and above all, to play. The rich and varied program is the result of a shared reflection with many local organizations.
