Municipality of Sarmede – Agreement dated October 10, 2013, for the free loan of the municipal property known as “House of Fantasy,” registered in the land registry at Sheet 5, Map No. 461, subsections 6 and 7, as the permanent headquarters of the Štĕpán Zavřel International Children’s Illustration Exhibition Foundation.
